Blue Card certifications in Georgia

Phoenix has just completed the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission Level 1A recertification for three staff members, and new certifications for four of our staff.  This certification allows Phoenix personnel to conduct onsite erosion control monitoring for our clients in Georgia. Phoenix already has certifications in Florida and Maryland.
